If Trump got 48% with Biden getting the same % as Hillary his map would be more R-favorable than 2016 and would probably be winning NV, NH, MN so this map doesn't even make sense.

This exactly. I don't see how such a scenario ends without the greatest constitutional crisis since the Civil War.

Supposed Trump's mail in scenario was 100% effective you'd see sizable drop in Biden's numbers (really both candidates), so again this map doesn't even make sense if that were taken into account.
