Should be noted this is 60 Minutes Australia. They clearly don't have the standards that the US version does. Also, no one disagrees that Tara Reade worked for Biden, so what is this footage supposed to prove?

I wouldn't be too sure about that. The media is utterly desperate for their horse race story and as we saw in 2016 are willing to do literally
anything to bring the race as close as possible, even if they end up giving Trump another term.
