I was confused by the the two threads for the same purpose, and the title on this one that made me think of state legislative districts. Here's what I posted on the other thread, with the hope that a mod will merge these.

I called it this thinking people could interpret as they wanted to -- foreign equivalents, or state legislative districts if they so desire, and perhaps don't travel across state lines so frequently but still want to keep track of something.
