The sad thing to report is that from my limited knowledge on human rights laws, Hitchens' case here is pretty watertight, and by now some of the supposed "Conspiracy theories" are now undoubted facts - such as Richard Nixon using Kissinger (and others) as an intermeditary to break up the Paris Peace talks in order to get himself elected.

In my opinion, a worthy guide to eight of the vilest years in America's foreign policy - though there many things omitted - and build's up a compelling case that this former US Sec. of State was an undoubted war criminal - under Nuremburg standards.

Anyone else read it? Opinions?
