Paul Disantis, chief legal counsel for the Ohio secretary of state, laid out the options for getting Biden on the ballot in a Friday letter addressed to Ohio Democratic Party Chairwoman Liz Walters ...

“I am left to conclude that the Democratic National Committee must either move up its nominating convention or the Ohio General Assembly must act by May 9, 2024 (90 days prior to a new law’s effective date) to create an exception to this statutory requirement.”

This is odd.
Why didn't the DNC see this, before selecting their date?

Because this isn't a real rule, judging by the dates of the DNC and RNC dating back 10 years and it never being an issue before.

LaRose is getting real desperate
