I call on my regional Senator to introduce an amendment that payments be withheld until New Mexico has been transferred to the Midwest peacefully and with the Pacific's consent, and to vote against the bill if such a provision is not included.

This is my opinion too. I can't support it when New Mexico isn't transferred to the Midwest.

This proposal had a majority of 90% in the Midwest Ratification Voting Booth. As Midwest senator, I feel bound by that decision. If that is not included unfortunately I have to vote against the New Mexico Reconstruction Bill.

If New Mexico remains in the Pacific and not have the chance to go to Midwest every cent is just a waste of taxpayers' money.
