This is a big freaking deal. I'm so sick of these people talking about democracy and freedom, and pull this crap off.  So long as every election board in the state is allowed to use phone or email to contact voters who made an error (even though the error was on the part of the election board),  it is UNIFORM. This IS trying to disenfranchise people.
