RIP to the One and Only Home Run King and a great advocate for civil rights.

It just hit me that he technically no longer holds the record! I thought this was a weird slight to Ruth as if it was ever in doubt that he had his decades long reign and now Aaron has his. Of course Henry Aaron is the record holder, and I don't think any true fan of baseball even thinks otherwise!

The tenth Hall of Famer we've lost since the last election, and it is likely not a soul shall be chosen to fill their shoes. All our heroes have packed for the long road trip to the heavens.
Edgy "fans" need to be instructed about this.

But yes this is truly tragic, and unfortunately we will probably lose the Say Hey Kid soon.
