Close.  I'd vote Ryan, though I have always liked Voinovich.  He was a fine mayor and Governor.  And as Republicans go, he has been relatively measured and thoughtful.  I don't consider him one of the great minds of the Senate, but I respect him.

Do you expect Ryan to be the challenger?
