Yes. I'm surprised fundies haven't gone crazy over this movie.

No it is not.

Plus, even if it was -- there is buttsex in it, BRTD.  No fundie would go near it.

I agree that redemption is a theme of Pulp Fiction; I disagree that this is enough to qualify it as "a pro-Christian propoganda piece".
