It'd be a better move than Secretary of State or U-N Ambassador.  But I don't see it happening.  I think McCain will tap a General or a different pol.  

I am pretty confident Mac will put one, maybe even two, Democrats in his cabinet.  But none in top positions.  I look for him to make Lugar the Secretary of State.
