I figure I'd do Duluth since BRTD lives in Minneapolis and can do his own.

Wow.. you're pretty hilarious.
That video makes Duluth look like a much smaller version of Seattle, IMO.

It is.. with much more treacherous winter driving, of course. Smiley  And fresh water.

I-94 east into Minneapolis.  Towards the end the drive gets onto 35W and you can see where you are forced to exit onto 3rd street since 35W was closed over the river for obvious reasons.
