Minnesota was on the list 3 times... all public employers.  One affects 20 employees, another affects 4, and the other is not specified (City of Mankato).

The policies were either rescinded or delayed indefinitely due to employer mandate delay.

But then companies in Minnesota tend not to be vindictive like they apparently are elsewhere.
