We call them Bismarcks, though they tend to refer more to the Bavarian Cream filled kind while the kind filled with fruit are "jelly doughnuts".
Here, the most popular tend to be cake doughnuts (sour cream cake doughnuts or blueberry glazed cake doughnuts) or doughnut holes with cinnamon and sugar or just powdered sugar.
Fritters, crullers, and bearclaws all get rolled into "doughnut" here while an eclair is a fancy creme puff.
