That's for minnesota.  The low numbers for any particular name show that people are choosing more unique names for their kids... Back in the 80s there were fewer births but top names were more common... I went to school with a sh**tload of Matts, Mikes, Chirs's, Ashleys, Jennys, and Sarahs
