Lowest Average You Ever Got?

(It can be "Final" or just a Progress Report.)

Like... in GPA?  Or what?  Anything?

Well, I got a D in Curling class because I missed a bunch of times and didn't make them up.  (You had to go to the curling club in the evening and either curl or watch and record the major points of the current playing curling team.. and I had a job so that didn't go so well).

Otherwise I had like a minimum of 3.0 GPA.

I really liked my system in high school.  It was quite clear cut:

90%+ was an A
80-89% was a B
70-79% was a C
60-69% was a D
59% and below was an F/no credit.

WIth the GPA, it's also pretty standard

3.5-4.0=A Average
2.5-3.4=B Average
1.5-2.4=C Average
0.5-1.4=D Average
>0.5=You're trying to fail and you can't even succeed at that.

So before everybody blabs on about their lowest scores... keep in mind that grading scales are hardly uniform.  So rather than just proudly boasting... explain the context of that score first.

I almost didn't graduate HS because I failed the final semester of gym. Well, I bet I have a lower BMI than most of my classmates who passed that gym class now have. So I win, or something.  Oh yeah, we had a 200 question gym final. WTF?

You had gym all through high school?

I had 3 quarters of gym in all of high school and only 2 of them were required.

You only had gym for less than 1 year?

It was a block schedule so 1 year is required in all of high school.

It's required pretty much all the time from K-8.

And don't get snippy.  We have the lowest rate of childhood obesity in the nation.
