That maybe explains why FPO has the mayor of Wels, as the party panders to Serbian nationalist immigrants - they seek endorsement from the Serbian right-wing (Tomislav Nikolić, Dragan Marković Palma), they vocally take Serbia's position on the Kosovo issue, that RTRS interview etc.
Although I don't know exact composition of the immigrant population of Wels

Did the Greens oppose the opening of the centre?

Initially, the ÖVP also wanted a mandatory to introduce a "clear name" (Klarnamen) law, which would mandate websites to register users only with their real names, but the FPÖ was opposed because of liberty reasons.
Something good even from a party like FPÖ.
And AFAIK such regulation is ineffective in stopping cyberbullying, or even counterproductive.

It's interesting that the government approval rate dropped, while the approval rate of Chancellor Kurz is still high. I guess it's because of some unpopular thing done by FPÖ (such as them suing the state), because FPÖ support also dropped.
