Whether or not people endorse you is irrelevant, you certainly have the votes to be re-elected for as long as your heart desires.  Sort of the interesting part of this system of voting, hell, if the RPP or JCP wanted to we could nominate Stark and Gporter and have them win

I thought you hated it?

This is what is wrong.

Almost from the inception of the RPP, DWTL has been an outspoken proponent of the at-large elections of half of the Senate. If he hated it, he could do like me & refuse to run for any of the at-large seats.

It's harder to reject the Ring when you are wearing it. Tongue

Haha, the DA has 3 candidates, 9 active voters, and one is breaking for the JCP

You misrepresent what the DA stands for. We don't believe in having a crushingly large party, we don't pressure our members to vote for who we want. What we do is promote responsible and active members that bridge the divide between right and left, liberal and conservative. We promote solutions and pragmatic realism.
I'm just stating that it is unlikely you can elect 3 candidates and how much more important I make sure that you and Franzl, and not Afleitch, have a chance

Pursuing a vendetta so publically is not very healthy for the game.

I agree with afleitch.

While I intend to vote to confirm you, I just have to ask that, given what our last two attorney generals did, do you plan on running for political office during your term?

I do not currently have any plans to run for office during my time as AG, no. Anything can happen, but as of now I will dedicate myself solely to the office of Attorney General.

I welcome the habitually inactive Duke back to another Senate race. Glad to see his interest spark just as another election is around the corner. Best of luck to him.

I proposed the idea that a third RPP member run and Duke was the only person interested.
