If someone with standing to file a wrongful death suit could demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt that a woman commissioned the death of a sentient human being, they would probably obtain a settlement. Otherwise it would likely be thrown out as a frivolous suit with the plaintiff ordered to pay the legal fees of the defendant.
