How do you get the place where the incumbent Rep lives in DRA?

I saw many maps with flags of where incumbent Representative lives. Can you please tell me how I can get this?

I usually cross reference with their websites/Wikipedia/fec filings to find where they live

I can tell you how to get the flag map. You upload a point shapefile into DRA. If you want incumbent residencies,  make each point the geographic residency for said incumbent.

Now obtaining that data..no help sadly. You have to compile it yourself, and most places that have compiled it only provide access to employees.
