Jim Folsom might be remotely qualified.

Jim Folsom should be impeached or resign, he's not fit to be the Lt. Governor. Especially after the stunts he's pulled this year. Apparently he can't hear or see anyone calling for a roll-call vote (as has happened twice, so far this session). Once, with the 62% pay increase & second, with killing two bills that according to State Law MUST be dealt with.

But, she "wasn't campaigning"....ha ha ha (well, that's her story) Her & Philly Fats, are screwing PA, horribly!
