Petition for a Constitutional Convention

Since the President-elect supports a Constitutional Convention, there must be widespread support for a constitutional convention, and I have decided to start this petition so that we can have a Constitutional Convention to reform Atlasia.

According to the constitution

The Congress, whenever three fifths of the eligible voters or the legislatures of each of the several Regions shall deem it necessary, shall call for a Convention to revise or replace this Constitution and provide regulations for the organization and administration of that body.

So if 60% of Atlasia signs this, or all legislatures deem a constitutional convention necessary, there will be a Constitutional Convention.

I was trying to write a vision for a while, but however, my views shifted in that situation in where I support having a constitutional convention as a last term resort and support congressional action on reforms first as I believe that belief in a ConCon should have widespread support and this proposal doesn't really have support and my views changed on it so I don't really feel like the right person to make a vision.
