State Representative Nolan Tobin will run for Lieutenant Governor under a Progressive Platform.

(Do I have the points for this? Massachusetts Lt. Governors were composed of Mayors, and former State Senators and Representatives based on the 1952 election.)

Helen Tobin, despite the Governor not picking her to be his Lt. Governor, she will campaign for John F. Kennedy and the Governor and plan out a 1954 Governors run or Senate run.

With the Down-ballot victories for the Democrats, Helen Tobin knew that she wanted to run for senate. She met with the Kennedys, the Governor and other party leaders and in January 1954, Helen Tobin ran for US Senate. Tobin focused on Catholic and woman voters, the voters who pushed the Democrats in 1952 to victory, focusing on progressive policy which would help the average person.

-2 Points to elect Helen Tobin to the US Senate
-2 Points to elect Franklin Roosevelt Jr. to Governor of New York
