5. Joseph Smith (generally awful, probably created a religion for his own gain)
6. L. Ron Hubbard (definitely created a religion for his own gain)

Generally by level of human benevolence inherent in teachings and deeds, with Nate Silver being neutral. I know little about what Zoroaster himself taught (aside from the dichotomy of good and evil, which doesn't leave us anywhere morally), so I left him off.
