I asked about this in the results thread. I saw Obama won Douglas by 3 (said 4 in that thread, it was 3) while losing Sarpy by 16, but it's the least Republican areas of Sarpy in the district... It appears that, yes, NE-02 voted for Obama by about 350 votes, fewer votes than the number received by three of the four minor party candidates on the ballot in the district. Sarpy and Douglas are both 100% reporting, so those numbers must be final. Wow.
This election gets another first: first time a state splits its electoral votes by congressional district (at least in modern electoral history).
