That's 8 plus 2 in Florida and the 3. Put three in Oklahoma and eight in South Carolina. Attack SC-NC-VA and OK-AR. Move all from Florida to Georgia and end turn.

Turn in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Nebraska for six battalions. Place all nine in TN and attack TN-MS. Leave two behind in TN if possible. Then wait for further instructions.
