The next elections for the Presidency are not until February. The incumbent President (Colin) is term-limited, so whoever does run, he will not be running. As you haven't registered as a voter yet (going off the assumption that we're not just reviving Naso's registration, which may or may not have expired due to inactivity anyway), you won't be able to run until you do so, but then, yes, you could run.
