I believe it is; he's been at 24% in a poll, and at 21% in the poll that showed him one point short of Clinton, so this is probably the highest for him. I believe Romney had outperformed Gingrich in a couple of early polls, though. This might show signs of a stagnation in McCain's collapse and the continued dimming of Clinton's star. Or it might just be Zogby.

Rasmussen does seem to be in concurrence with Zogby, at least on the Democratic primary.

Giuliani is leading McCain by nine in a Zogby poll?





I am so relieved that McCain has finally taken the lead!

It would be just as impressive if Zogby were always wrong as if Zogby were always right.
