I wonder why someone would try to blow up a dumpster in a wealthy yet low profile neighborhood..it seems that it is likely to be anything.

We wait and we wait and it seems to me that we always reach the same conclusion eventually, so I don't see why this fetish with caution in considering the obvious has to do with anything. Of course, assuming the suspect is inspired by ISIS doesn't mean that it has to do with Islam. I feel that most of the attacks that involve ISIS inspired (IE, not directed from Raqqa like the Paris attacks) are more to do with the fact that some screwed up kid is using the Islamic State and their perverse interpretation of Islam to justify his heinous acts. Case in point, Omar Mateeb.

Because caution is always a good path when it comes to emotive issues.

Atlas would rather be the first to saying anything.
