Frankly, because he's a racist islamist  demagogue who got elected on a false premise of "changing the way politics is done" - when he has undoubtedly been the most hyperpartisan liberal president this country has ever had.

And that may be the cup of tea for the far-left, the problem is he portrayed himself as a completely different person.

He did change DC, but not for the better. The country is more divided than ever and more polarized than ever. There's more racial tension than ever.

In the words of a very wise drag Queen. Hate yourself a little less.

Then get as much help as you can.

When the GOP's strategy from day one was 'we're going to make him a one-term president' and their definition of negotiation is 'we'll mobe the goal posts sooo far that if you don't agree with us, we'll call you uncooperative and hyper-partisan' how well do you think things would go?

The GOP never ever intended good faith negotiations with Obama (see bat**** above) but that would be capitulation. Considering Obama advocated for GHWB's climate policy and put in place Bob Dole's healthcare policy - it's the GOP that needs a long hard look in the mirror.

But whu about the white men?! When is it our turn?!?!?

Also this 'Bush was just as hated' sorry, but as someone who was around and older than an infant .... Bull****. The bitterness and vitriol towards Obama was almost immediate. The distaste for Bush grew with time but they aren't the same. And well Clinton gave them something to go after him with. Obama's done NO-THING... you think this lot isn't insane enough to have gone after him if they had a shred of evidence? They still make stuff up and assume the nasty 'urban' liberal is going to do these terrible things.

This was immediate and not based in what he did or said he would do... But what they 'knew' he would. But after more than 6 years, hasn't.
