Yeah, this sounds more realistic than if were an honest question. Still disturbing, but for different reasons. They are clearly mocking what is definitely a difficult situation and a difficult decision for many women.

What a way to make a mockery of what is for the overwhelming majority of people make that decision, a complex and difficult choice.
