Could McCain break 60% against Obama?

I believe he can and will...

not 60%, but Arkansas will definitely be in Solid Territory i.e. >10% for McCain. You're forgetting about the state's African-American and liberal turnout. 1972 and 1984 are the only times a Republican has broken 60% in AR and those were landslides.
