Can the special prosecutor be dismissed at the Attorney General's will? The President's? Both? Neither? That should probably be decided on, unless there's some other law dealing with deputy cabinet officer appointments.
The only precedent I can think of is that the SoFA can hire/fire the Deputy SoFA at will
