How can you dissent?  It is a clear violation, what the hell is your grounds for an objection?

I still would like an answer from Opebo on why he dissented, I think it really shows he does not understand the law or the topic at hand, either one is disturbing

Get over it.
There is no reason to get over this, I don't think he should be allowed to continue as a justice if he does a stunt like this and explain no reasoning.  The court is not asking to be ruled on something abstract, it is clear-cut that Defarge's vote was invalid and I do not want a justice that has blatent disrespect for the laws of Atlasia and tries to unfairly legislate from the bench.

Yeah, and I'd prefer that we didn't have someone in the Senate who has committed identity fraud.  But we can't all get what we want.

And I'd prefer a PPT who played by the rules, so I guess sometimes we can get what we want Smiley

Figured you'd say that, funny though how I should get over a ridiculous decision made by a Supreme Court justice yet you bring up a second account I created (yet never registered in Atlasia), months and months ago before I was ever an elected official.  Also, my intention in setting up that account was not to register, it was simply an afterthought that never came to fruition and is not even relevant to Atlasia.
