That's not true, there's nothing in this that would apply retroactively. Where did you get that idea?
His ban will not affect his current term, but it would certainly affect any subsequent terms

Not true, the date he was sentenced is what matters, and the Supreme Court has clearly ruled that penalties did not apply to regional offices at that time.
Well I guess that will be for the courts to decide
