This is a 9 point swing from their 2016 poll, but okay champ.

Notice ALL of it comes from “gains” for Trump, NOT losses for Biden. Likely just that the “undecideds” who broke for Trump last time aren’t “undecided” anymore, as we see in many polls.
It’s possible, but there is no way of proving that. We will see in two days.
Polling of Latino voters has been very mixed, which is usually the case.
