Not really? MAGA in my mind is synonymous with "trump", which is the most unpopular, despised name in American politics. 99% of republicans when asked would not be able to provide you with a correct definition of socialism, but I think the overwhelming majority of democrats would generally describe MAGA as shorthand for trump policies, ie family separation, the trump tax scam, election denialism, violence against those who stand between trump's mob trying to steal elections, etc
