Florida Governor Charlie Crist endorsed McCain the night of the Democratic South Carolina primary.
When McCain spoke after Crist gave him his endorsement, McCain said the following about Crist
"Charlie Crist is known throughout the nation and througout the world as one of the great leaders of the twenty first century."
What?
One of the great leaders of the twenty first century?
Are you kidding me?
Crist was elected Governor in 2006. Outside Florida, most Americans have never even heard of him, let alone internationally.
What is McCain talking about?
Has McCain lost his mind?
Wow.
and I thought I loathed McCain.
I gotta admit, you really deserve the I Hate John prize more than I, so I'll drop out of the race now and let you and Carl Hayden duke it out for that one. But I'll endorse you, and you can have my delegates, because I'm convinced that you really despise him just a tad more than Carl.
