Nym and RWN both hold education up as extremely important. I respect that. I'd say my views on the subject are closer to Nym's, assuming RWN is serious, which may or may not be a valid assumption. But in any case, RWN is correct in this case. The earth tilts at 23.5 degrees (which is why the sun is never directly overhead unless you live between the two tropics).
