HP , he was only popular due to Nancy Reagan War on Drugs and Pro choice and encouragement of Sandra Day O'connor. 1980, 2001, and 2017 tax cuts raided SSA funds as now we need our stimulus from the Employer tax from SSA for our stimulus. Govt raided SSA funds for TARP

Manchin said 2K should be targeted but we all pay taxes as in food stamps come from sales taxes and we pay FICA TAXES
