Yes, the term used, for elites, both light skinned Blacks and Whites, in SF, as opposed to LAX, is often used.  Kamala Harris is suffering her first political loss, due to Gavin Newsom's (who was the main endorser of Harris), who once, was considered a presidential candidate, unpopularity, with Latinos and "especially" Blacks.
