If 2018 proves to be a disaster and impeachment does comes to focus, I can see Mitt Romney challenging Trump, he wouldn't want to stay in a Senate without being chairman, a ranking member only

Mike Pence can help in Appalachia, but females who are in WI, MI and PA, VA and CO are the ones he need. Having a different Veep can steal some suburbian woman, but Pence only speak to WWC males. Thats why Gillibrand and Harris are talked about

Kristol supported McCain and is a libertarian, he wont become a Democrat, but just like George Will, Pat Buchanan and Late Charles Krauthammer, they want Democrats to succeed over Trump😁
