Baldwin will win by double digits. Allowing Ever to win.  But,  downballot races and the CRTS doesn't bold well for Walker.

Paul Ryan has retired,  the state CRTs are in Democratic hands,  bold well for a pickup at the state mansion.

WI and CRTs battle had nothing to do with Walker eventhough he put his input in it.  Walker is done.
