Trump's base is rallying around the flag, but he is the worst president that haven't done anything except pass a tax cut for the wealthy.

It really doesn't matter about the approvals, Trump has an obstruction of justice impeachment case against him, going to the polls in Nov, and voters want justice to be served and they know in order to get that Nancy Pelosi and Schumer must be in leadership. That's why MS, TN and TX are close in the Senate right now.

ND and SD are such small states,  it's like HI,  not worth it.

Yes,  but with cautious optimism, the GOP numbers are gradually improving. If they lose House,  there probably is a tie in the Senate. Not a Democratic leaning Senate.

Trump and the GOP did get some sort of bounce out the Korean deal making.  Perhaps, may allow them to retain majority, but it won't save Trump from being being defeated.

Marist polls are directly in line with the 47 number, the poll in OH showed that he is at 51 percent on the economy.

The SCOTUS will drive out minorities to the polls, but has energized GOP

Honestly the unemployment rate is all that’s keeping him out of the low 30s IMO

Agreed. If a recession hits he's toast.

Reagan and Obama solved economic problems.  Trump has solved nothing.

He shook hands with North Korea and Kennedy stepped down, GOP got momentum back. OH 12 will go red on 8/7

Marist showed DeWine ahead in Ohio and O Connor is losing in OH 12.

I said the momentum for keeping control of Congress, but yes they will lose a dozen House seats and Senate will be divided and blue gov mansions will go Dem

How high would President Obama's approvals be if he had the unemployment rate this low?  55, maybe 60%?

Not just Obama, any GOP or Democratic president would be doing very well at the moment. Even Hillary would be about 50-55% since she always polls better when she is on the job and out of the news.

Not necssarily, since the FBI cleared her, due in part she was no longer an officeholder. More investigations would have been going on

Two and a half years before the inauguration of the President elected in November 2020 I can make a projection of the election

Strong Democratic
Weak  Democratic
Barely Democratic
Possible 3rd Party
Toss-up (white)
Barely Republican
Weak Republican
Strong Republican

Of course this can change. The Democratic nominee is the recessive quality in deciding on this scheme. "Strong" is 10% or more; "Weak" is between 5% and 10%; "Barely" is between 1% to 4%; tossup is exactly what you think it means.

Probably not; but, MI, Pa, WI, VA, CO, NV, NH and NM goes Dem

Voters are seeing the truth that Trump got into office to profit: tax cuts that benefits the rich like himself. Entitlement reform and Immigration reform need to be dealt with and he waisted two years.
