Becoming Gov of NY ruined any chances of him becoming president as he had to deal with the Eliot Spitzer aftermath and GOP in the state legislature, OMalley has clearly become the alternative to Clinton.

I was reminding that the voters remember that Eliot Spitzer too compromised with state GOP at his own peril and opened up in investigation to his personal life. Without the scandal, Cuomo's divorce from Kerry Kennedy is open to public as well.

And seen by progressives as too conservative.
