If Ashley Judd wasn't a hollywood liberal she wouldn't be tied to anti-gun lobby and hcr reform. 2nd amendment rights are very prominent in KY and won't win because of that. Once Hcr is implimented, it will doom her as well, McConnell tie it around her kneck. Chelie Pedigree on the other hand can be the beneficiary of the hcr like Elizabeth Warren was.
