Carpet bombing Iraq and plunging our country into debt. Such wonderful public service.

I'm not saying that the substance is accurate, but it's still a sharp zinger.

She’s linking to the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

For finks sake.

Promoting that fabricated, hatecrime of a document gets vulnerable people hurt, and Trump has given her a national platform.

I'm actually okay with this because it exposes the fact that Trump and his party don't actually give a f*** about Jews. They can have Pompeo speak from Israel all they want, it doesn't negate something like this or Charlottesville.

More crazy speakers tonight:

Yep, really focused on winning over that female vote. is this seriously the next voter suppression plan of the GOP's? Watch it actually happen if Trump gets re-elected. This party is anti-democratic.

Disgusting but not surprising

Why is that disgusting? It's a good thing.

It is, but it's more hypocrisy. Legions of criminals are apparently going to destroy our way of of life according to the GOP, but this one supports (or at least tolerates) Trump, so he's okay and is allowed to have his life back.

To reiterate: those Central Park Five rapists need to be executed! But again, this guy: fine.

To anyone who thought last night's speakers were relatively forgettable, just wait until headliner Mike Pence brings the swaggering energy of a roided up professional wrestler tonight!

Melania's speech was absolutely amazing. Democrats last week, just said Orange man bad, and that Joe Biden had a heart and was compassionate. All Republicans have to do now is just show off Trump's empathy and so far they are hitting the nail in the head. Also it doesn't help for the Democrats to show off warmongering neocons like Colin Powell. Now Trump wins on the anti-war issue too!

"Trump's empathy" is the new silver bullet? Yeah, I think we're going to be fine.

QAnon is the future of a small niche of the party which the establishment openly rejects.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is going to be seated and that sends a message to other QuAcks (I'm trying to coin this term, admittedly it's not that great) that they can be elected with the Republican Party as their vehicle. Even if they don't become the establishment outright they are going to be much more than a niche soon enough.

Hillary Clinton was not arrested for being a cannibal pedophile in September 2017.

Q isn't just wrong about everything, he doesn't exist.

Right wingers got conned once again, and they will never bring themselves to realize it. They'll probably rationalize this reality as being another conspiracy theory. That's what they're for anyway-to help distraught people cope with things that they cannot control and/or cannot accept.

Real A-List line up scheduled to speak ton— *snoreee*

Sorry, fell asleep. Scheduled to speak tonight.

This convention would be like listening to ASMR if it didn't simultaneously give you nightmares.

I wonder if Republicans realize that anyone outside of the political sphere doesn't know what "cancel culture" is.

I wish that was true, but that word has become fairly mainstream, unfortunately.
It doesn't make it any more meaningful though.

Seriously, the two things I never want to hear again when this year is over are: "cancel culture/canceling/cancelled/ cancel" and "uncertain times."

Ngl I'm just in total suspense for Trump's speech. So far, despite having to put this whole thing together on extremely short notice, the RNC hasn't had any obvious trainwrecks. But this is gonna be live & - well - it's gonna be Trump, so anything could still happen.

Guilfoyle's speech?

But yes overall it has been a fairly unremarkable convention in both good and bad ways. I'm just not sure if that's what Trump and the GOP want or not.

Dana Bash and jake Tapper call it very “disciplined”.

CNN's current panel have now said that Trump came off as "boring."

They won't. People are just props to them as means of retaining power.
