I am 151 and 5'11.

I used to be about 240ish in May 2017 and 231 in October 2017. But changed my lifestyle and now I am much happier.

AMA about weight loss.

You know I was so fat I almost needed a bra and had a scarily large gut.

5'3 an 162 (and dropping). Have been on a low sat fat diet (which is cutting out a lot of calories and sodium in the process) for awhile and cut my sugar down--I was almost 180 about a year or so ago.

it is good you are losing weight!

hahahahaha and people were doubting me hahahaha.

My weight from May 2017 until present.

People said to me:

I am too old ...

I will have loose skin..

Being overweight is okay.. (despite the fact that my  blood pressure was insane.. and I almost needed a bra.).

There is no way I can have the same endurance I had when I was young..

No way I could have the same strength I had when I was 20..

and... people on the other side made fun of my weight a lot because I look terrible overweight.

Like I was a balding fat weirdo.

I ended up with the attitude, " you all I will show yall"!

Note: The 136 reading was when I went over board but I have been stable at 150 for months. TBH, I should be at 160 and trying to build there via more muscle. 150 may be slightly too light. 


Also the Oct 2018 to Nov 2018 drop was stunning! But this happened for multiple reasons:

1) As much as I love heat the cooler air made me uncomfortable so I ran and jogged and worked out more aggressively and kept the same diet and by that point I had good physical endurance again. I got to 136 because I was still eating too little and dizzy all the time but that has been corrected.
