In name perhaps, but I doubt they can repeal many of its most popular provisions (e.g. preexisting condition ban).

The pre existing condition ban only works if you require that everyone has insurance. If they remove the mandate and keep the ban, they'll create an unsustainable system.

Exactly.. If we do not require everyone to have insurance, there is no way insurance companies could survive having to take persons with pre-existing conditions. The costs would be too high. The mandate that everyone must have insurance helps balance the risk.

But, it is popular to say, "Let's not deny persons with pre-existing conditions from having health insurance".

I personally think ObamaCare is unworkable without a pubic option and an individual mandate. Unfortunately, you get into the issue whether an individual mandate is constitutional or not, but the Supreme Court has allowed it as a "tax".
