I won't go through this item by item, but your list is pretty absurd on several fronts. It is impractical and depends on the notion that government programs are beneficial to the whole of society. Some are, some aren't, and it largely depends on the competence of those in power to make the process efficient. Overall, though, I'm envisioning this nightmarishly bloated monster slothfully inching through the streets with pus spewing from the slimy crevices shifting in its coarse, fatty epidermis. What a mess of a creature.
